They felt comfy at first, but after longer walks my feet were literally sore. Fine for short wear, but not something I’d pick for being on my feet all day.

I spent some time browsing walkhero.com and found the site a little frustrating to use. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and the sizing info wasn’t as easy to find as it is on some other shoe or insole sites I’ve used.

The checkout did go through eventually, but I had to click around and go back a couple times before everything felt right. Compared with competitors that make the shopping process feel quick and straightforward, this one just felt a bit clunky. Not terrible, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be.

My tracking hasn’t shown any real updates for days, and I’m still not sure where my order is. I get that delays happen, but it would be decent to at least keep customers informed instead of leaving us guessing.

I bought these hoping they’d help with arch support, but they actually made my feet hurt even more. They felt weirdly hard in all the wrong places, and I was disappointed because they just weren’t comfortable at all.

I paid way more than I should have for these shoes, they just don’t feel like they match the price. You’d expect decent quality when you’re spending that much, but they felt cheap right out of the box.

The shoes showed up on time, which was great, and after wearing them for a few days they’ve gotten comfortable. I’m completely convinced this was the slowest refund process on the planet. I sent the return in and then basically waited forever, while support barely replied to my emails. I had to keep checking in, and it felt like nobody was really handling it. Definitely not a smooth experience
